热心人士的小动作

据可靠的假日营内幕（其实是我弟弟卧底回来）消息指出，假日营里的非校友筹委，我们称他为（热心人士），把我的前部落文章（放弃和傻篇）复印出来公诸于世，让其他蒙蔽双眼的筹委们看了我写的原由。

哈哈。。感觉真好。。有点受宠若惊呐。。
不知道他们看了文章后对自己有什么看法。。
觉得羞耻？还是一如前往的觉得他们的做法很正确？！？！
哈哈。。
被一个我完全没有提防的好朋友背后捅刀，感觉很好。
最起码我终于不再那么天真，相信朋友之间的感情是真诚的。
以前常常抱着人敬我一尺，我敬人一丈的想法已不复存。
追求完美主义的我竟然能对任何人没有戒心和提防。
或许这就是我的稚嫩，而成全了热心人士的突击成功。

那一群小辈，文顺用了“没脑”二字来形容他们。
而我认为呢，如果他们单单是没脑的话，那真就简单。
他们并不是没脑的孩子，而是太有自己的“非确定”想法，想让自己成为一伙勇不可挡的小伙子。我没有否认他们的努力用心经营这一届假日营，只是他们太过自以为是的独自干事。我认为他们不知道团队精神为何物。

就拿这一届的副主席来说，她并不是不能干，而是身为老二却不会把工作分开，让其他的筹委们能一展其用武之地。

而老大呢，却迷迷糊糊的有点怕干错事而选择不出声，不干涉其他事情，只是抱着自己手头上的那叠纸张干他的事。可悲的他或许不清楚，那些行程表记载的事是死的，而他和其他筹委却是活的。他有点是被那张纸控制，而不是他利用那张纸来干事。

在一个组织或团体来说，独裁者是需要，可是却不需要胆小怕事的独裁者，或许是自大多于自信的独裁者。我想的事情却事与愿违，他们俩就是缺少能被人责备的勇气。领导人需要独裁，却不需要庸裁。希望他们能真正检讨下自己。

呃，针对那位热心人士，我没有什么可说的。毕竟他是那么的有心计来控制小辈们，让小辈们不听我们元老的热情衷心进言，和善意的进谏，导致小辈们把我们据之门外。与其说这个团体失败，不如说是我和上任主席引狼入室，把这位热心人士带进来参与这个充满正义和善良的团体假日营。

昱阳老哥对我说这群人的动作和想法是一种社会病态，不是容易改变和说服他们的想法的。可能他们都是和我们一样，充满理想和梦想，却被某人某物某言语所糊弄了。我对此有所保留。小辈们虽然说对假日营的操作经验有所不足，然却不能说他们没脑子。只是他们宁愿傻不愣瞪地听从热心人士的指手画脚，都不愿意听听我和其他元老们的由衷建议。当他们被我们这些元老责备的时候，就因为受不住责骂而讨厌我们和不勇于改善错误。

好可悲的一群可爱小辈。。

当然我不会抹杀干好事的筹委，因为他们的努力，补救了许多漏洞，使这届假日营能继续烂着进行到底。就如活动组的俊翰和宏儒，膳食组的若涵和妙花，老总报纸佬的儿子，当然还有其他筹委的默默努力。

对于那些没有勇气接受和改正错误的筹委们，我只能说感到遗憾。因为这么个假日营的作用就是让你们体会出社会之前所可以面对的人事问题，交际问题，领导能力，和提升自我人格的方法。而并不是让你们努力地遮挡错失的丑陋。

假日营的宗旨真的很纯朴的，希望邪恶的热心人士有所收敛，别让我们元老下黑手段。到那时候局势并不是我所能控制的。

噢，当然请这位热心人士记得把我这篇文章再次复印出来派街坊，好好检讨下那些自以为是的贡献，和心计。

当然要记得，道高一尺，魔高一丈。当道者变成魔者之前，别把道者惹恼了。不然您会很惨。

    Hmm… i really get shocked when i saw ur article man, i cant believe tat he really tat free till nth to do and do sumthing childish here. I thought he very mature 1?? when he become so childish here?Well mayb he is damn bored wif his encore things so find sumthing fresh to do only haha. Nw i agree wif wat anson had say this hot heart guy really is a Lan Mature guys Lol~!! Is this wat u call a friend since secondary skool? He just back stab u like tat as a return for being his friend, pity u dude…

    And for those junior tat mayb reading this article tat the hhg will print out for u guys and read(mayb he thinks tat u guys dunno how to use a pc or mayb u guys dunno how to play friendster =.=”) pls~ READ clearly

    Firstly i wanna say tat i doesn’t mean tat we r 100% rite in the argument abt the team flag things wif the asst president. I hope to settle wif her peacefully but for wat i saw her respond i think i better forget abt it better. and i wish u gd luck in ur future working environment wif ur “good” attitude like tat, hope u wont get fire from ur boss…

    Really dissapointed when i heard tat u all can go on the final meeting and the celebration party without informing us the senior only yi yang, way da’ go! i dun mind to go to the party, wat i care is the final meeting, and i cant believe tat u all can do the two things 2gether in the same day. we wanna tell wat have u guys doing during the camp and try to correct u guys form the mistake u all have did but in return u guys think tat we r the bad guys nw(cos the s**ker hhg doing all the fire things), so if u guys wish tat we will become more evil tat u guys cant imagine, dun regret ya?

    Did u guys know tat every year u guys nid to pass all the whole camp report and the financial report to the head of our camp Mr. Lim Tiam Cai? i bet u all sure dunno abt it,y? cos u all never inform us to the meeting tats y! If not u guys wont b able to continue the 6th Old Boys Camp next year. So hope u all will hands up the report to me asap thank you.

    If u guys wanna settle peacefully hope sum of u will call me and we can talk abt it, hope tat day will come. Adios~
